Daniel and Dixie Vaughn, have owned
and operated Vaughn Photography since
1994, As a husband and wife team they
have moved the studio into the 21st
century,offering Coffee Table style wedding
albums and watercolor portraits, one of the
first in the Mobile market to do so.
Daniel has traveled extensively studying
under some of the countries top
photographers, An accomplished speaker
himself, Daniel has lectured across the
southeast, teaching fellow photographers
his philosophy on wedding photography,
and competing in photographic
competition across the southeast.
Daniel has accumulated over Twenty 1st
place plaques in wedding and portrait
photography, including 2 Fuji Masterpiece
awards and a Kodak Gallery award. He is a
past president of the Gulf Coast
Professional Photographers
Association and holds the prestigious
Fellowship Degree for Photographic
Excellence from the Professional
Photographers Of Missippissi and Alabama
Association.
Daniel and Dixie have two children and
reside in midtown Mobile, in a circa 1835
antebellum home, which they are restoring
themselves.
